Samantha Dietrich, Founder & CEO, is an AAMI Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET) with over 3 years of experience. Her journey began at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center where she attended the U.S. Medical Equipment & Optical School (USAMEOS). Samantha Dietrich was awarded Distinguished Honor Graduate after finishing top of her class in 2008. Serving her country around the world was an honor and a privilege, one that taught her invaluable skills that have since formed the foundation of her career.
Throughout her years in the military, she learned how to repair, maintain and operate a wide variety of medical equipment, including X-ray machines, ventilators, and defibrillators. This experience equipped her with a deep understanding of how critical medical equipment is to healthcare providers, patients, and their families. Today, as a civilian medical equipment technician, she continues to draw on the skills she learnt in the Army to ensure that healthcare professionals have access to high-quality, reliable medical equipment support.
Upon completing her Army service, Samantha Dietrich's decision to attend the University of California proved to be a rewarding one. After receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Engineering Technology in 2013, she continued her education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree. Throughout her time at the university, Samantha Dietrich gained valuable skills and knowledge that helped her further her career. By completing the MBA program in 2023, she demonstrated her commitment to lifelong learning and dedication to professional growth. With his education from the University of California, Samantha Dietrich is well-equipped to tackle new challenges in the ever-evolving field of Healthcare Technology Management.
